El Gobierno Nacional suministrara al Departamento de Cundinamarca en calidad de préstamo, las herramientas, maquinarias y demás elementos que queden excedentes en la construcción de la carretera de Cambao, y que el citado Departamento puede aplicar a la terminación de la carretera que une los Municipios de Subachoque y de Madrid, con la vía de Occidente.
