Registro de salas de exhibición cinematográfica . El Ministerio de Cultura, mediante acto de carácter general, determinará los requisitos y documentos qu e deben acreditarse para el registro de las salas de exhibición, el cual es obligatorio de manera previa a la entrada en funcionamiento de la respectiva sala. Igualmente, su propietario registrará el cierre definitivo de salas. El registro de salas, que tendrá carácter permanente, se realizará por el Ministerio dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes a la presentación de la solicitud en debida forma.
