ARTICULO 472 . Impedimentos de los senadores . Presentada la acusación, el Presidente del Senado advertirá a los senadores el deber en que están de manifestar si tienen algún impedimento para conocer de dicha acusación. Si alguno de los senadores manifestare estar impedido, el Senado tomará en consideración los impedimentos que aleguen y resolverá sobre ellos, con base en las disposiciones previstas en este código.
