En obedecimiento á las Leyes de 10 de Marzo de 1853, 5a. de 18 de Marzo de 1865, 89 de 13 de Diciembre de 1892 y 39 de 26 de Octubre de 1903, y en acatamiento á la voluntad inalienable del fundador del colegio mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario, se le reconoce a este instituto su autonomía, bajo el Patronato del Presidente de la Republica ó de quien haga sus veces en ejercicio del Poder Ejecutivo en consecuencia, seguirán rigiendo las Constituciones del Fundador con las adiciones que se hayan dictado ó se dicten en lo sucesivo, con arreglo á lo previsto por las constituciones mismas.
