Art. 14.° Deròganse las siguientes disposiciones: el Título 4º de la Ley 149 de 1888 ; el artículo 1.º de la Ley 50 de 1894 ; la Ley 18 de 1896 ; los artículos 35,36 y 46 de la Ley 163 de 1896; la Ley 27 de 1904 , y todas las demás disposiciones que sean contrarias á la presente Ley. Se reformarán los artículos 34, 37 y 39 de la Ley 163 de 1896, y el artículo 2º del Decreto legislativo número 104 de 1903.
