El trámite de liquidación, en particular, lo que se refiere a emplazamientos, avisos, presentación de acreedores y reclamaciones, graduación y calificación de créditos, notificación a entidades gubernamentales, requisitos para el pago de obligaciones y el pasivo cierto no reclamado se regirá por lo establecido en el Decreto-ley 254 de 2000, modificado por la Ley 1105 de 2006.
