Art. 1.º Para las exportaciones por la frontera terrestre del Sur de la República se procederá de una manera análoga á la establecida por los artículos 198,199, 203, é inciso segundo y

Parágrafo

s del 202 del Código Fiscal. En consecuencia, los respectivos manifiestos deberán presentarse á la aduana de Ipiales con anticipación á la salida de los cargamentos; ésta se hará á las horas y por los mismos lugares designados para la importación de mercaderías; y no se cobrará por la exportación derecho alguno.
