ARTICULO 4.2.0.2.- ACTOS DE LA SALA GENERAL, DEL SUPERINTENDENTE DE VALORES Y DE LOS SUPERINTENDENTES DELEGADOS. La Sala General de la Superintendencia de Valores ejercerá las facultades que le otorga la ley, mediante normas de carácter general contenidas en resoluciones. El Superintendente de Valores y los Superintendentes Delegados, adoptarán decisiones en los asuntos de su competencia mediante resoluciones de carácter general o particular, de acuerdo con la naturaleza de las mismas. Las decisiones de los órganos de la Superintendencia de Valores podrán también adoptarse mediante circulares, oficios u otros actos administrativos idóneos, cuando la naturaleza del mismo así lo requiera.
