La Nación - Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público podrá concurrir a la capitalización de la que trata el presente Capítulo, de forma simultánea o posterior a la fecha en que Telefónica Latinoamérica Holdings S.L.U., directamente o a través de su matriz, o a través de cualquiera de las sociedades subordinadas de Telefónica Latinoamérica Holdings S.L.U., accionistas de Coltel, concurran a la misma.
