Autorizase al Gobierno nacional para traspasar gratuitamente a los Departamentos o Municipios indicados en el artículo 6º de esta ley los terrenos, edificios, anexidades y mejoras que sean necesarios para la correcta administración de las mencionadas poblaciones.

Parágrafo 1

Igualmente queda autorizado el Gobierno para traspasar gratuitamente a las distintas comunidades religiosas que hoy día prestan sus servicios a la campaña anti leprosa en los Lazaretos y preventorios, los terrenos, edificaciones, anexidades, mejoras y elementos ocupados por las mismas destinados al culto católico o al funcionamiento de casas religiosas.
