°. Otras operaciones. Además de las señaladas en el artículo anterior, el fondo de Garantías de Entidades Cooperativas podrá realizar las siguientes operaciones

Organizar o administrar patrimonios autónomos conformados por activos transferidos por las cooperativas inscritas en las condiciones que establezca la Junta Directiva del Fondo. Estos podrán utilizarse para adelantar operaciones tendientes a movilizar dichos activos, o para emitir títulos representativos de los mismos.

Establecer mecanismos de administración temporal de las cooperativas inscritas, con el fin de establecer la viabilidad de la entidad y procurar el restablecimiento de la solvencia financiera de la misma.
