º. Todo trabajador es libre de retirarse del sindicato a que pertenezca y para este fin el afiliado presentará su renuncia ante la junta directiva. La junta directiva al considerar la renuncia podrá aceptarla o .exhortar al afiliado a que continúe en la organización; si el afiliado insistiere en su determinación, la junta deberá aceptar la renuncia. Vencido el término de treinta días, sin que la junta directiva haya aceptado la renuncia, el afiliado se considerará desvinculado del sindicato para todos los efectos legales.
