Artículo catorce. Las credenciales de los delegados, expedidas de acuerdo con lo dispuesto anteriormente, deberán ser enviadas al Departamento Nacional de Supervigilancia Sindical con quince (15) días de anticipación, por lo menos, a la fecha de la reunión del congreso o asamblea federal, a fin de que dicho Despacho las revise y decida si los elegidos reúnen los requisitos exigidos en la presente reglamentación. Cuando se trate de asambleas federales o regionales, el Departamento Nacional de Supervigilancia Sindical podrá delegar esta función en los respectivos Inspectores del Trabajo.
