° El capital y las reserva del Instituto Nacional de Abastecimiento podrán invertirse en bodegas, si los y demás facilidades de almacenamiento para los productos que adquiera. Para este fin el Instituto Nacional de Abastecimientos podrá adquirir los bienes raíces y muebles que sean necesarios para el mejor para el mejor logro de sus fines, o tomar en arrendamiento bienes destinados a los mismos objetos.
