Las entidades competentes para efectuar los giros de los recursos de regalías y compensaciones a las entidades beneficiarias, deberán remitir, dentro de los primeros diez (10) días de cada mes, un informe consolidado de las regalías y compensaciones distribuidas y transferidas en el mes anterior, a la Dirección de Regalías del Departamento Nacional de Planeación.
