Cuando un Agente Diplomático se hallare acreditado ante alguno de los Gobiernos de Europa ó América, y fuere acreditado luego ante otro Gobierno del mismo continente, los viáticos de que disfrute serán sólo equivalentes á la mitad de los que señala el artículo precedente.
