Prima De Bucería

PRIMA DE BUCERÍA . Los empleados públicos del Ministerio de Defensa y de la Policía Nacional, que hayan sido instruidos como buzos y que adquieran esta especialidad, tendrán derecho a una prima de buceria por hora o fracción mayor de cuarenta y cinco (45) minutos de buceo, ordenado por autoridad competente, la cual se liquidará sobre el sueldo básico, así

Buzo Maestro 6%

Buzo de primera clase 5%

Buzo de segunda clase 4%

Parágrafo

El total de la prima de bucería no podrá sobrepasar el sueldo básico del empleado.
