º Adiciónanse los numerales quinto (5º) del artículo 2º del Decreto 3080 de 1982, y tercero (3º) del artículo 2º del Decreto 2053 de 1984, para incluir en la lista de posiciones arancelarias allí señaladas, las posiciones 08.06.00.01 y 84.49.01.01, que en consecuencia no quedan sujetas a las modificaciones de gravámenes establecidos en tales Decretos y en el Decreto 1788 de 1983.
