Confirmada por el superior la resolución apelada, el sindicado usurpador podrá probar la legitimidad de su proceder, en acción que ha de intentar ante el Poder Judicial contra el poseedor de la patente o certificado ya dichos; y mientras no obtenga una sentencia definitiva, prevalecerá la resolución administrativa que decreto el amparo.
