Corresponde a la Capitanía del puerto, en el caso de buques de navegación marítima de bandera nacional, o al intendente de Navegación en el caso de buques fluviales, comprobar si cumplen las disposiciones de este Decreto, dando aviso al Ministerio de Correos y Telégrafos, de cualquiera irregularidad o cuando consideren oportuno una inspección de carácter técnico.
