La Superintendencia de Comercio Exterior previo concepto de la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros de Colombia señalará los plazos dentro de los cuales debe exportarse el café a partir del registro del respectivo contrato de venta. Estos plazos no podrán ser prorrogados sino por causas justificativas y con la anuencia de la mencionada Federación.
