Trámite del recurso. Presentada en tiempo la demanda de casación, la Sala resolverá si se ajusta a los requisitos exigidos. Si así lo hallare, dispondrá que se corra traslado común a quienes no son recurrentes, por quince días, para que contesten la demanda. Si la demanda no reúne los requisitos legales, se declarará desierto el recurso y se ordenará la devolución al Tribunal de origen.
