Artículo cuarto Los aumentos establecidos por la ley 1ª de 1963 y por el presente decreto, se pagarán en la próxima fecha respectiva de pago, por el presente decreto, se pagarán en la próxima fecha respectiva de pago, ya sea mensual, décadas o quincenal, en cuanto se refiere a los causados durante el mes de enero los aumentos correspondientes al mes de febrero se cubrirán en lo causado a más tardar el 16 de febrero, y sucesivamente, en los periodos regulares de pago.
