Art. 2.° Autorízase al Administrador para que nombre interinamente los individuos que deban desempeñarlas, dando cuenta al Ministerio de Hacienda, y para que destine cuatro Guardas á celar el contrabando en Túquerres, y cuatro en Pasto, los cuales situará en dichos lugares á las órdenes de los respectivos Administradores de Correos, á quienes trasmitirá las instrucciones del caso.
