Artículo cuarenta y cinco. Cuando se aceptare un impedimento o recusación, continuará conociendo el Juez a quien le haya correspondido resolver sobre el mismo. Si hubiere sido el Tribunal, atribuirá el conocimiento

A otro Juez Superior del mismo Distrito. Cuando en éste no hubiere más que uno, a un Juez Superior de cualquiera de los Distritos limítrofes;

Al Juez Municipal de un Municipio limítrofe dentro del mismo Distrito, cuando el impedimento o la recusación se refiera a un funcionario de esta categoría.
