Articulo 118 . La Corporación reconocerá intereses por mora en el pago del precio de los inmuebles que adquiera si tarda más de dos (2) meses desde cuando reciba requerimiento escrito del acreedor cobrando la obligación ya exigible y a partir del vencimiento de dicho término. La tasa de interés será, igual a la que la Corporación tenga fijada para quienes de ella adquieran inmuebles de su propiedad.
