En vista de estos avisos el Poder Ejecutivo, por medio de dicha Secretaría de Relaciones Esteriores, fijará los lotes de que se trata en el artículo 6. de la lei de 21 de mayo citada, i designará el dia del remate de ellos por vales de manumision.
