Entrada y salida de aire. En toda labor minera subterránea, las instalaciones para entrada y salida de aire deben ser independientes, con una distancia no inferior a los cincuenta metros (50 m) y obedecer a un diseño del circuito de ventilación, de acuerdo con lo señalado en este Reglamento.

Parágrafo

Los sistemas de ventilación no podrán formar circuitos cerrados.
