Presentación del INFORME 58 - OFICIALES DE CUMPLIMIENTO por remoción o renuncia absoluta del Oficial de Cumplimiento SAGRILAFT y/o PTEE: En el evento de remoción o renuncia del Oficial de Cumplimiento o, cualquier circunstancia que genere la falta absoluta de éste, el Oficial de Cumplimiento saliente deberá remitir el INFORME 58 - OFICIALES DE CUMPLIMIENTO a la Superintendencia de Sociedades antes de terminar su vinculación contractual. Si ello no fuere posible, el representante legal del Sujeto Obligado deberá presentar el informe. La fecha de corte corresponderá al último día hábil en que desempeñó sus funciones.
