Proyectos Integrales de Beneficio Común. Con el propósito de promover el desarrollo colectivo de las Comunidades Negras, Afrocolombianas, Raizales y Palenqueras Beneficiarias, los proyectos a ejecutar con los recursos provenientes de las transferencias de las que trata la presente Subsección propenderán por ser integrales y de beneficio común. Dichos proyectos tendrán la destinación de la que trata el artículo 2.2.3.8.8.3.6., y deberán favorecer de manera equitativa a las Comunidades Negras, Afrocolombianas, Raizales y Palenqueras Beneficiarias.
