La Dirección General de la Contabilidad nacional, la Oficina Central de Ordenación, las de reconocimientos de los Ministerios, las pagadoras de los gastos, las recaudadoras de las rentas y la Sección de Crédito Público, procederán a abrir las cuentas para el período fiscal de 1° de enero a 31 de diciembre de 1923, precisamente de acuerdo con la respectiva liquidación de los Presupuestos, tan luégo como la reciban.
