Las minas que al entrar en vigencia esta Ley hayan caído en abandono en virtud de lo dispuesto en los artículos 5º y 6º antes citados, y que no hayan sido denunciadas como tales, no se reputarán desiertas, y en consecuencia, les será aplicable la disposición contenida en el artículo anterior.
