º CARACTER DE LAS DISPOSICIONES. De conformidad con los artículos 594 y 597 de la Ley 09 de 1979, la salud es un bien de interés público. En consecuencia, son de orden público las disposiciones del presente Decreto mediante las cuales se regulan las actividades relacionadas con la investigación, prevención y control de la Zoonosis.
