° Los miembros de tales comisiones no adquieren la calidad de empleados públicos, ni los funcionarios designados para integrarlas disfrutarán de remuneración especial por este concepto. Las labores ordinarias de los Magistrados que hagan parte de ellas quedarán limitadas a la simple discusión de los proyectos que deben suscribir como miembros de la respectiva corporación.
