Trámites que no puedan digitalizarse o automatizarse en su totalidad. Aquellos trámites que por su naturaleza no puedan digitalizarse o automatizarse totalmente, se entenderá que cumplen con la obligación del artículo 5 de la Ley 2052 de 2020 cuando se encuentren digitalizados y automatizados todos los pasos que sean susceptibles de ello. Corresponderá a cada autoridad reportar dicha cuestión. Las autoridades podrán transformar o migrar el resultado o los requisitos de trámites de otras entidades a través del servicio ciudadano de interoperabilidad, cuando la naturaleza del mismo lo permita.
