LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.1.3.6. Planta de personal. El Director General del Inpec deberá adoptar las medidas necesarias que garanticen la modificación de la planta de personal, con el fin de reducir el número de cargos a nivel central y fortalecer las plantas de personal de las regionales y de los establecimientos carcelarios.

Igualmente, deberá definir los procesos y procedimientos, para facilitar la labor administrativa y la implantación de un modelo de administración por resultados.
