Del Ingreso A La Escuela De Suboficiales

ARTICULO 13. Del ingreso a la Escuela de Suboficiales. Los Agentes de la Policía Nacional en servicio activo que hayan servido a la Institución un mínimo de dos (2) años, podrán ingresar a la Escuela de Formación de Suboficiales, previo el lleno de los requisitos que establezca la Dirección General, con aprobación del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.

Parágrafo

El personal de Agentes a que se refiere el presente artículo pasará en comisión de estudios durante el tiempo del curso.
