Compensaciones Para El Mantenimiento Del Promedio De Regalías Directas Con Cargo Al Fondo De Desarrollo Regional 2018

COMPENSACIONES PARA EL MANTENIMIENTO DEL PROMEDIO DE REGALÍAS DIRECTAS CON CARGO AL FONDO DE DESARROLLO REGIONAL 2018 . Para la compensación del año 2018 debe tenerse en cuenta los valores asignados en los artículos 4° y 5° del presente Decreto como Disponibilidad Inicial 2017-2018 y Mayor Recaudo 2017-2018 definitivo, respectivamente, correspondientes al Fondo de Desarrollo Regional “compensación asignaciones directas”.

Parágrafo

Los valores asignados en los artículos 4° y 5° del presente Decreto como Disponibilidad Inicial 2017-2018 y Mayor Recaudo 2017-2018 definitivo, respectivamente, correspondientes al Fondo de Desarrollo Regional “compensación asignaciones directas”, serán destinados al financiamiento de proyectos de inversión una vez se haya adelantado la compensación del año 2018.
