Una vez construidos los sistemas de tratamiento de agua, la persona interesada deberá informar al Ministerio de Salud o a la entidad delegada, con el objeto de comprobar la calidad del afluente.

Si al construir un sistema de tratamiento de agua no alcanza los límites prefijados, la persona interesada deberá ejecutar los cambios o adiciones necesarios para cumplir con las exigencias requeridas.
