Los préstamos de la Sección de crédito minero de que habla el artículo anterior, podrán hacerse con garantía de las propiedades mineras, de las maquinarias de los contratos de la explotación o de los productos de la empresa. También podrán exigirse y aceptarse garantías adicionales, prendarías o hipotecarias.
