La Gobernación del Cauca, mediante licitaciones públicas, y sobre la base de avaluó pericial, distribuirá en venta el terreno, en lotes de veinte a treinta hectáreas, entre colonos ó exploradores de buenas condiciones, y el producto se aplicará al desarrollo de la Escuela de Agronomía de la Universidad del Cauca.
