El Rector y demás Superiores llevarán nota dé los vacíos que haya en el Reglamento, y el primero los indicará en su informe anual, a no ser que por la urgencia de llenarlos creyere conveniente hacerlo en el curso del año, en cuyo caso los indicará en seguida al Gobierno.
