Los alumnos oficiales que se destinen a la Escuela de Injeniería militar, deberán obligarse con la garantía que estime suficiente el Poder Ejecutivo nacional, terminar los estudios militares i a que despues de esto prestarán sus servicios, ya sea en el ejército, ya como institutores en los establecimientos nacionales de educacion o como Injenieros en las obras militares que se ejecuten por cuenta de la Nacion. Esta obligación debe ser por un tiempo igual al que duró la carrera oficial del alumno en la Escuela.
