- Indemnización por incapacidad sicofísica y por muerte. Para comprobar las circunstancias de modo, tiempo y lugar de que tratan los artículos 166 y 167 del Decreto 2337 de 1971, el director de la escuela respectiva ordenará una investigación administrativa, breve y sumaria, la cual se enviará para ser anexada al expediente de prestaciones sociales.
