Las personas que por medio de las llamadas ciencias ocultas, se dediquen a tratar enfermedades, transtornos mentales o nerviosos o de otro orden, serán consideradas, para los efectos de este Decreto, y los marcados con los números 279 y 920 de 1953, como infractores a las normas que regulan el ejercicio de la medicina.
