TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo primero. El artículo 2.° del Decreto extraordinario 1456 de 1940, quedara así:

"Para los mismos fines contemplados en el artículo anterior, la Junta Directiva de las Sociedades Departamentales de Agricultores, estará formada: por un representante de Ministerio de Agricultura, otro del Gobernador del respectivo Departamento, otro de la Sociedad de Agricultores de Colombia, y por los miembros que designe la Asamblea de la Sociedad, de conformidad con los estatutos legalmente reconocidos por el Gobierno".
