Cada bienio, dentro de los primeros quince días del mes de febrero, las personas que tengan interés en figurar en las listas del cuerpo oficial de auxiliares y colaboradores de la justicia, deberán formular su solicitud al respectivo despacho judicial, con expresión de su identidad, dirección, estudios, títulos profesionales, práctica y experiencia, especialidad, cargos desempeñados y funciones que aspiran a desempeñar.
