Artículo noveno . El aviso a que se refiere el artículo anterior deberá publicarse, por lo menos en un (1) diario de circulación nacional, con un intervalo mínimo de ocho (8) días y durante cuatro (4) semanas consecutivas. Copia de su texto deberá, además, fijarse tanto en el domicilio como en las sucursales y agencias de la entidad en sitios a los cuales tenga acceso el publico así como en la Secretaría `General de la Superintendencia Bancaria.
