La Comisión Nacional Intersectorial para la Vigilancia de la Calidad de la Panela se reunirá ordinariamente cada tres meses y extraordinariamente por convocatoria del Ministro de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, o cuando de común acuerdo 2 de sus miembros lo consideren pertinente. Sesionará con la mitad más uno de sus miembros y sus decisiones se adoptarán por mayoría simple.
