Objeto. La Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial S.A. – FINDETER, de conformidad con lo establecido en el parágrafo del literal b) del numeral 3 del artículo 270 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero y en relación con las actividades de que tratan los literales a) y I) del numeral 2 del artículo 268 del mencionado Estatuto, podrá ofrecer una línea de redescuento con tasa compensada destinada al Financiamiento de todas las inversiones relacionadas con la infraestructura para el desarrollo sostenible de las Regiones, en los sectores energético, transporte, desarrollo urbano, construcción y vivienda, salud, educación, medio ambiente y desarrollo sostenible, tecnologías de la información y la comunicación –TIC, y deporte, recreación y cultura.
